On the item itself, I love it. It's beautifully made & totally functional. I think that it's brilliant that someone thought to think of the need for this item. I got a pan for a steal & now it will last a lifetime with this handle. The Also if the handle doesn't work out you can get a replacement for free without having to pay for shipping. As for the customer service that is a bit lacking I feel. I ordered this on the 29th of August & I contacted them by September 10th because I hadn't received the item or gotten any shipping notice. Then I got an email stating that there was a mishap in sizing, they would send it & notify me with tracking. I never got that notification. I got the item with an apology note & an advertisement about rediscovering the bible (which I didn't quite care for).
